TUM Changes is a student initiative at TUM Campus Heilbronn where curiosity meets action. We’re a community of students who believe that change doesn’t start “someday” — it starts with us.

We bring together ambitious minds interested in entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership, and create the space to turn conversations into concrete steps.

What We Do #

At TUM Changes, ideas don’t stay theoretical.

We:

• Host interactive sessions with founders, innovation experts, and experienced mentors
• Organize practical workshops on public speaking, pitching, idea validation, and team building
• Create hands-on formats where students explore, test, and refine start-up ideas

Our goal is simple:

November 2025 – Public Speaking Workshop #

With Zain Samdani

We launched TUM Changes with Zain Samdani, founder of ExoHeal, an AI-driven wearable rehabilitation technology supporting people with hand paralysis in regaining motor function.

In this high-impact workshop, students learned how to:

• Communicate complex ideas with clarity
• Structure compelling pitches
• Build confidence and presence
• Use storytelling as a strategic tool

Because even the strongest idea needs a strong voice.

January 2026 – Start-Up Kick-Off #

With Alain Heureux

Our second flagship event featured Alain Heureux, Belgian entrepreneur and innovation expert with over 30 years of experience building companies and entrepreneurial ecosystems across Europe.

The Start-Up Kick-Off focused on:

• Validating ideas early
• Building complementary teams
• Thinking strategically from day one
• Understanding what makes ventures sustainable

It was practical, structured, and honest — exactly what entrepreneurship requires.

The Kick-Off was just the beginning.

In 2026, we launch our Start-Up Sprint:

• Form interdisciplinary teams
• Develop real business concepts
• Receive structured mentoring
• Present and pitch your solutions
